The Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool has been recognized as a good resource for installing Office 2013 ISO files from Microsoft. You’ll see a progress bar appear on your screen, and when it’s done your disc will be ready.NOTE: Dell does not directly support the installation or use of the Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool. You’ll be asked to Prepare the Disc, in which you give it a name and select a recording speed. Click Burn to Disc on the Windows Explorer toolbar.
